Cimfree 35-161 is an innovative metalworking fluid based on renewable vegetable oils. This high-performance emulsion is free of boron, nitrite, chlorine and formaldehyde releasers. The Cimfree 35- 161 is equipped with Cimcool’s unique CimShield Technology. This innovative technology will secure the product stability, the pH buffering of the mix and gives excellent corrosion protection.
It is especially suitable for medium duty machining and grinding operations of ferrous materials and aluminium. Cimfree 35-161 can be applied in both individual machine and central systems and is developed for medium-hard water (hardness 10-25 dH).
