REACh stands for Registration, Evaluation and Authorization (Restriction) of Chemicals. It is a programme of rules and regulations set out by the European Union. REACh is not being introduced all at once but is being put into effect gradually over a period of several years (2007 - 2018).

Cimcool Industrial Products B.V. is a formulator. We take substances from suppliers and blend them together to make products (preparations) for our customers and as such we are in contact with our suppliers. Substances that are contained in the formulated product(s) and that require registration are pre-registered by Cimcool Industrial Products B.V. or by our upstream suppliers.
Cimcool Industrial Products B.V. has been working closely with suppliers and customers to ensure full compliance with this extremely complicated set of regulations.
Cimcool and GHS/CLP
For blending and formulating organizations like Cimcool Industrial Products B.V. the GHS/CLP rules and regulations will become applicable as of 1 June 2015.
Cimcool Industrial Products B.V. is fully compliant with this set of rules and regulations.
